      Content: 一.成立的背景 1.王卞东村薄皮核桃发展情况。 为改变挡龟岭地薄水少、不长庄稼的状况，2004年王卞东村委一班人带领群众，抱着尝试的心态，种下了耐旱抗寒、适应性强的“香玲”薄皮核桃。6年后，600亩薄皮核桃又将迎来再次的大丰收，昔日的荒山野岭处处洋溢着生机，变成了2010年的“花果山”。也让最早种植薄皮核桃的农户尝到了甜头，产生了“骨牌效应”，发展示范采穗圃200亩，发展薄皮核桃5000亩，迎来了新一轮的薄皮核桃大发展。 2009年注册成立了 “宁阳县金源薄皮核桃种植专业合租社”，具备了产前、产中、产后的产业链优势。拥有了一支技术过硬的专业服务队；注册了“鹤飞来”商标；申报了“国家绿色食品认证”；具备了核桃干果精包装能力，拟建核桃仁、油、粉、乳系列产品生产线；还将与相关单位合作研发“薄皮核桃专用肥”和“薄皮核桃专用除草剂”；2年内将建成“升级示范合作社”，真正使用“鹤飞来”成为知名品牌，成为大中型超市青睐的绿色保健食品。 2.种植薄皮核桃会带来可观的经济收入。 简单的一句话就是：一年栽植，常年受益。1.前三年为了树体生长，不让核桃树挂果。但树下仍可种植其他粮食作物，不影响原来的粮食产量；2.第四年，每棵核桃树能结10-20斤，按15斤计算，每斤青果按当前回收价2.6元，这样每棵树就赚29元，一亩地能种40棵，这样一亩就能赚1560元，这是地下仍可种其他农作物；3.以后产量逐年递增，管理规范的话预计10年左右，每棵树的产量能突破100斤，这样一亩地收入过万元，核桃树真是“摇钱树”。 3.国家大力扶持发展农民专业合作社。 合作社经济是未来农业发展的大趋势。一是加入合作社后，可以统一购买化肥、农药等生产资料。这样就可以用“团购”的方式，直接面对生产厂家，减少了中间流通环节，降低了厂家的生产成本，农资的价格自然就会“水落石出”，同时也减少了假劣农资现象的发生；二是它就是解决了“产品的销售问题”。过去都是靠二道贩子、中间商销售，自己没有市场，通过合作社统一品牌、统一包装后，可实现“农超对接”；另外，一些大型的龙头企业必须要合作社这个载体提供原料，从而实现“农业对接”。 二、加入合作社的好处 合作社分为社、社员做到“五个统一”，即“统一提供核桃苗、统一管理技术、统一购买农药、化肥等农资、统一收购青果、统一加工销售”。为最大限度的让农民得到实惠，实现合作社与弄户利益共享，结成互惠互利的利益共同体，本社将做到一下4个利益结合点： 一是“卖点”上，合作社与每位社员签订青果收购合同，统一优先收购，收购价保证高于市场价；社员还可以把销售青果的现金入股，享受干果深加工销售收入分红，从而解决农户的后顾之忧。“非社员”产出的青果合作社择优收购，收购价按市场价；二是“买点上”社员股买“农药、化肥”时享受低于市场的的社员价。“非社员”按市场价；三是“技术点”上合作社专业技术服务队，对社员免费技术服务，对“非社员”有偿服务；四是“品牌点”上，“鹤飞来”品牌是我社对外宣传营销的统一品牌。解决了原来的销售大多是让二道贩子销售，没有稳定的消费渠道的现状，通过品牌销售，容易形成固定的消费群体和消费市场，提高产品附加值，有效避免了市场行情大起大落对农民的负面影响。 三、入社的条件和程序 1、入社条件：薄皮核桃种植面积在1亩以上者，即可加入。 2.入社程序：填写“入社申请表”---经合作社理事会审批---交纳10元股金、填写“社员证”。 四、倡议 广大农民朋友们，我国的新农村建设正日新月异，农民致富的问题也迫在眉睫，合作社正是顺应了时代的发展潮流，是带领农民真正致富现实选择和必由之路。希望广大农民朋友互相转告，早日成为本社大家庭的一员。
